Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Technician and Operator to manage the operation and maintenance of our food production equipment, specifically Vemag 500s and dough sheeters.

Our production schedule runs from 5am-3pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate food production machinery, such as Vemag 500s and dough sheeters, to ensure consistent production output.

- Perform basic maintenance tasks and adjustments to keep machines running smoothly.

- Collaborate with the production team to set up and calibrate equipment for different production runs.

- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and resolve minor issues.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and food production standards.

- Provide feedback on equipment performance and assist in improving machine efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience operating food production machinery, with a strong understanding of Vemag 500s and dough sheeters.

- Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor problems.

- Knowledge of food production safety protocols and sanitation standards.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Availability to work on Sundays is a plus!

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous work experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.

- Basic knowledge of machine setup and calibration.
